[He really did like curling up with Kurt. It was comfortable and nice in a way that he didn't have much experience with before this point.]

Is this some ploy to improve my self-esteem?

[His eyes narrow in playful skepticism as he pulls back to look down at him, nose wrinkling and his lips twisting.]

Is it working? [Asked in a teasingly innocent tone, smiling up at Kurt at that skepticism.]

... maybe a little, [he grumbles in mock annoyance, but the smile on his face is definitely genuine. Really, Kurt's glad that they can have playful banter, yet still build each other up.]

Good! [A soft laugh following at the teasing annoyance he could hear, the blond teen just glad to hear Kurt's agreement.]

[He shook his head and squeezed Adrien back against his chest, eyes slipping shut as he propped his cheek up onto his head.]

[Adrien let out a soft sigh as he settled back into that grasp, quite content to rest his head against Kurt's chest.

If there were a few moments of silence, there might just be a low purring starting up.]

[A content breath of his own slipped free, head turning to rub his face through Adrien's hair, the grip of his arms tightening as if he's worried someone will come and break them apart.

There was a long enough silence and when Kurt heard the noise, he drew his head back to look down, lips quirking with amusement.]

[Adrien certainly hoped no one would be bothering them at this point.

When Kurt drew back, the purring faltered slightly as Adrien shifted to peer up at him, with a confused little pout.]

S-Sorry, [Kurt stammered, cheeks flushing and his head dropping, but his lips couldn't keep from curving into a grin,] you were purring. It was rather adorable, actually.

[He dipped forward to ghost his lips over Adrien's forehead, holding them there and letting his chest and throat rumble with a purr of his own.]

Was I? [Adrien couldn't help but blush a bit himself, the light kiss to his forehead earning a smile before he was settling back against Kurt again, the purring just helping him to relax.

And perhaps start purring again himself after a moment or two.]

Ja. [The teleporter could somewhat feel the heat radiating off Adrien, but he made no move to draw back until the smaller mutant rested back against him.

He propped his chin back up onto Adrien's head, letting his own thrumming increase when the other started back up.]

[Yep, warm and comfy was just what the doctor ordered. Adrien was just easing right in, continuing to purr as he rested his head back against Kurt's chest.

He was good with this, this was nice.]

[Perfection. Kurt could stay like this for hours, holding Adrien, purring contentedly, his tail raising up to drape along the other mutant's back.

Don't mind him if he starts to doze - that's just how comfortable he is.]
